ABSTRACT

In the near future, Viet Nam construction projects shall continue to develop with broader scale. The impementation of these said projects are basically via procurement per legislation. In practise, during recent time, the mobilization of subcontractors in bidding packages had accounted for a larger portion and had become the common trend in Viet Nam. However, the management of subcontractors in Viet Nam still has shortcomings while legislation and research on the management of subcontractors have not been properly acknowledged. The content of the article is to propose solutions for quality enhancement of subcontractor management in Viet Nam construction projects.
