Abstract

The effects of plant growth regulators on in vitro shoot formation and bud clusters of Anoectochilus roxburghii were investigated. Shoots cultured from trunk node containing sleeping shoots on MS medium with 0.3mg/l kinetin and 1mg/l BA and 0.1mg/l TDZ, add other nutrients to arouse shoot formation. The rate of shoot creation reached 87%, after 45 days of culture. The rate of shoot formation was 80.05%, the number of shoots on the cluster was 9.2 very good quality of shoots on MS½ medium, supplemented with 20g/l sucrose, combined 0.4mg/l Kinetin and 1mg/l BA and 0.2mg/l TDZ. Shoot height was about 8cm, number node of shoots was 6.5 on MS½ medium with 1.0mg/l BA and 0.5mg/l αNAA.
