ASSESSING THE EFFECT OF THE ORGANIC HYDROPONIC SOLUTION SW95+ ON INCREASING PRODUCTIVITY OF SOME VEGETABLES
Abstract
The green vegetables is trending towards cultivation and consumption on the current urban. The red worm (Peryonyx ecavatus) that contains the high nutrient content is considered a good solution for organic agriculture. After 12 months preservation, the organic hydroponic solution SW95+ has a unchanged sensory quality and 82% of total nitrogen content compared to the initial products. For planting on land, the SW95+ showed a significant effect on malabar spinach, mustard green and water spinach with the increasing weight gets 2.58 times, 2.39 times and 1.62 times respectively compared to the controls. For the spiket reform and the mustard green growed on the nutrient film technique, the effect of the organic hydroponic solution is not different from the inorganic solution.
