Tóm tắt

Abstract: Democracy and human rights are social values that humanity has discovered, developed, and fought to achieve. In Vietnam, the process of building socialism under the leadership of the Party also involves establishing and nurturing socialist democracy and expanding human rights for the Vietnamese people. However, democracy and human rights are complex and sensitive issues that hostile forces often exploit to undermine the Party and the State. This article addresses two main contents: identifying distorted arguments on democracy and human rights in Vietnam, and refuting these reactionary and hostile arguments, thus contributing to the protection of the Party's ideological foundation in the current context.

Keywords: Democracy, human rights, refutation of distorted and reactionary arguments
