Traditional ethical values of the nation in the context of international integration in present-day Vietnam

Abstract: In the context of current international integration, the press plays a crucial role in inheriting and promoting traditional ethical values of Vietnam. This includes reflecting and guiding public opinion, educating and raising community awareness, fostering national pride, creating forums and spaces for discussion, using modern communication technologies, social media, and online media platforms to disseminate information and engage the online community in protecting and promoting cultural values and traditional ethical values. In this paper, the author presents some achievements and limitations of the press in inheriting and promoting traditional ethical values of Vietnam, and proposes several solutions to further enhance the role of the press in this regard in the future.
