Abstract: Ho Chi Minh had an independent and creative approach in studying revolutionary doctrines and the scientific theories of classical theorists to creatively implement and develop them in the context of the Vietnamese revolution. This perspective of his provides a significant lesson for us today in researching and creatively applying Ho Chi Minh's thought to protect and develop Marxism-Leninism in line with the current era. We must thoroughly understand and implement what is correct and principled, and follow the guidance provided. However, for aspects that the classical Marxist-Leninist theorists and President Ho Chi Minh could not have anticipated or clearly expressed, we need to research and supplement them to align with his views, ensuring that Marxism-Leninism and Ho Chi Minh's thought remain scientific and revolutionary doctrines. This article outlines the necessity of creatively applying Ho Chi Minh's thought tothe Vietnamese revolution as an important contribution to protecting and developing Marxism-Leninism in the present stage.
