Abstract: Education and training plays a particularly important role in the current renovation process of the country in general and the development of the Mekong Delta in particular. Education and training are not only the foundation of personal development but also a prerequisite for the progress and prosperity of the nation. That has been affirmed and summarized in the educational philosophy of President Ho Chi Minh. This article aims to evaluate the issues raised by the creative application of Ho Chi Minh's educational philosophy in education and training in the Mekong Delta today.
