POLITICAL EDUCATION FOR STUDENTS IN VOCATIONAL COLLEGES FOR DEVELOPING HIGH-QUALITY HUMAN RESOURCES IN OUR COUNTRY TODAY

Abstract: Political education is a mandatory subject in the training programs at colleges, including vocational colleges, aimed at developing political consciousness, character and morality among students, thus contributing to the development of human resources for the country, especially high-quality human resources to meet the demands of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. This article analyzes various issues related to the objectives, contents, and methods of political education, as well as the current state of political education in vocational colleges. Based on this analysis, it proposes several suggestions to enhance the effectiveness of political education, contributing to the "fundamental and comprehensive renovation of education and training" to develop high-quality human resources in our country today.
