PROTECTING HUMAN SECURITY FROM NON-TRADITIONAL SECURITY THREATS IN NEW CONTEXT OF VIETNAM

Abstract: The term "human security" was initially introduced and documented in the Proceedings of the 12th National Congress of the Party in Vietnam. The 13th National Congress of the Party anticipated that Vietnam would encounter problems in all areas and domains of its security and development situation, encompassing human security, particularly in light of the signif- icant impact of non-traditional security variables in the current circumstances. This situation is giving rise to several concerns that necessitate efficient answers and proposals to guarantee the safety and well-being of everyone, in line with the country's new objectives for progress.
