Abstract: Building an independent and self-reliant economy associated with deep international integration has been a major policy of our Party and State over the past 50 years since the national reunification and the socialist construction, as well as during the 40 years of the Renovation, which has achieved significant results, contributing to the great achievements of the country. The new context presents both opportunities and challenges in constructing an independent and self-reliant economy associated with deep international integration, in building an independent and self-reliant economy in the new era - the era of the nation’s rise, prosperity, and strength.
