Abstract: Developing well-rounded Vietnamese Individuals is a fundamental strategic policy in building an advanced Culture Deeply imbued with National Identity. This ensures stable and sustainable national development. Cultivating individuals with well-rounded qualities in morality, intellect, physique, and aesthetics creates a strong driving force for Vietnam’s advancement into a new era. This article clarifies General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong’s key thoughts on shaping well-rounded Vietnamese Individuals in the context of industrialization, modernization, and deep international integration. Based on this, the author proposes core directions for further developing comprehensive Vietnamese individuals following his guidance.
