DIFFERENCES IN MARXIST-LENINIST PHILOSOPHY TEXTBOOKS FOR STUDENTS NOT SPECIALIZED IN POLITICAL SCIENCE IN CHINA AND VIETNAM

Abstract: In recent years, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities (Vietnam National University, Hanoi) has received a significant number of international students, particularly from China, accounting for about 60%. Chinese students have diverse learning needs, with many studying Vietnamese at the undergraduate level and continuing with higher studies in fields such as Linguistics, Literature, Oriental Studies, Political Science, and Marxist-Leninist Philosophy. Additionally, some Chinese graduate students studying in China seek to supplement their political theory education abroad by taking Marxist-Leninist Philosophy and Scientific Socialism courses at the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Social Sciences and Humanities – Vietnam National University, Hanoi.
