Abstract: In order for the contingent of Vietnamese entrepreneurs to fully develop and fulfill its crucial role as the driving force behind the new productive strength of a socialist-oriented market economy, one of the fundamental conditions is that this community must have a strong desire to contribute to the homeland and the country. This article focuses on clarifying some theoretical and practical issues regarding the aspirations of the current contingent of Vietnamese entrepreneurs and proposes several solutions to strongly awaken this desire to contribute in the near future, in line with the new requirements.
