Abstract

Abstract: Our country is entering a new era characterized by breakthrough development and strong national rise. This new era requires fundamental changes in the understanding and action of the entire Party and the People. In this context, creating and mobilizing human resources - the central subject driving the revolutionary process in this historical period - plays a decisive role. Building ethical standards for the Vietnamese people is both a necessary preparation and an urgent requirement for this new era. This article clarifies the basic requirements for these ethical standards and the ways to establish new human values for the current national development era.
