CURRENT STATUS OF BUILDING AND IMPLEMENTING CULTURAL STANDARDS FOR PARTY CADRES AND MEMBERS

Abstract: The culture of the Party plays a significant role in promoting, guiding, and improving the quality and effectiveness of its activities, as well as the efficiency of organizing and operating the social system, while also mitigating the negative impacts of social change. Therefore, the current stage of the nation's new revolutionary period requires active efforts in building and implementing cultural standards within the Party. This article discusses key aspects of culture, cultural values, and cultural standards in general, as well as those specific to Party members. It analyzes several of the most important groups of cultural standards for Party members and outlines a number of tasks that should be carried out, in line with the spirit of recent speeches and writings by Party General Secretary Tô Lâm, to enhance the effectiveness of building and implementing cultural standards among Party cadres and members.
