Abstract: The implementation of Resolution No. 18 of the 12th Central Committee on streamlining the organizational apparatus to ensure effective, efficient, and high-performing operations has posed many challenges for training institutions in general, and for provincial-level political schools in particular. In order to build a contingent of leaders and managers with strong political will who can adapt to the country’s development trends, improving the quality of training and fostering cadres is a critical task. Therefore, accurately identifying the issues at hand is the key to improving the quality of cadre training and fostering at provincial political schools in the Mekong Delta region in the current context.
