Abstract: Mankind is witnessing incredible inventions that are profoundly changing many aspects of life. A crucial task facing Vietnam today is to educate the spirit of patriotism for everyone, especially the younger generation. We must successfully transfer the spirit of patriotism and nationalism, which has long been a valuable and traditional asset of our nation, along with modern scientific and technological knowledge brought about by the Fourth Industrial Revolution, into practical power. This power is essential for achieving the goals set by the Party, the State, and the people. Facing the high demands of this new revolutionary stage, it is imperative that each person, especially leaders and managers, has the determination to strive for improvement. If one’s education is too limited, lacking scientific, technical, and modern technological knowledge, practical skills, and creativity, even if one claims to possess strong patriotism, it will certainly be difficult to make a significant contribution to the country's rapid development in the national renaissance era.
