Some matters on protecting rights of women and girls by Vietnamese criminal regulations

Abstract

The article analyzes the provisions of Vietnam's criminal law in terms of ensuring the legal rights and interests of women and girls. Thereby, the authors propose some recommendations to complete and improve the effectiveness of the application of criminal law provisions to better protect these subjects.
