Abstract

In this article, the author initially clarifies the content of the philosophical anthropological approach to law to explain the origin and emergence of law. From there, figure out the law and regularity of the interaction between philosophical anthropology and law. The author also emphasizes the role of humans as subjects of law and the impact of law on humans since humans and human values are their center. This is the origin of human rights, civil rights, and human security in the current context.
