Some matters in the proving process at the trial stage of child sexual abuse cases

Abstract

Recently, it has witnessed an increasing in the number of child sexual abuse cases in both nature and danger but has been difficult to prove the criminal behavior and the person who committed the crime. The article points out some problems in the proving process when adjudicating child sexual abuse cases to better improve the efficiency of solving these cases.
