Abstract
In the current market economy, the Labor contract is an important regulation of the Labor Code, which is the foundation for settling the regime related to employees and disputes between employees and employers. Since the 2019 Labor Code was passed and came into effect, it has marked a remarkable development in bringing our labor law closer to the international standards, basically harmonizing the interests of employees and employers, partially solving obstacles in the labor relationship. It also contributes to building a solid legal foundation to promote socio-economic development in the future.
