Imperfect usufruct right in Roman law and its application to Vietnamese law

Abstract

That the 2015 Civil Code has provisions on perfect usufruct right (ordinary usufruct right) but not imperfect usufruct right is a shortcoming. The study of imperfect usufruct right in Roman law will orient to apply and supplement the provisions on imperfect usufruct right in the 2015 Civil Code.
