Development trends of law: Approaches, concepts, social significance and classification (Part 1)

Abstract

Trends in the development of law are issues of important methodological, theoretical and legal practical significance, and are a new research orientation of Vietnam’s legal studies. By taking a multidisciplinary, interdisciplinary and integrated approach, this article initially explores the approaches, concepts, social significance and classification of development trends of law, as a basis for understanding the formulation of legal policies and perfecting the legal system in our country today.
