Enhancing the legal mechanism to ensure Jurors’ role in civil case adjudication in Vietnam

Abstract

The legal mechanism to ensure the adjudication activities of Jurors in civil cases includes comprehensive system of legal institutions and structures that are closely interconnected, unified and mutually influential with specific conditions to enable Jurors to effectively exercise their duties and powers during civil proceedings. The article analyzes the current situation and proposes solutions to further perfect the legal mechanism ensuring Jurors’ role in civil case adjudication in Vietnam.
