Protecting the rights of Vietnamese employees working abroad under labor contracts

Abstract

Protecting   the   rights   of   Vietnamese   employees   working   abroad   under   labor contracts is an important issue in the international economic integration time. The article focuses on analyzing four basic related issues, including: General issues; legal basis; measures to protect rights and solutions to improve the effectiveness of protection of Vietnamese employees working abroad under contracts.
