MANAGEMENT OF PROFESSIONAL TRAINING ACTIVITIES FOR HIGH SCHOOL TEACHERS IN NAM DINH WARD, NINH BINH PROVINCE ACCORDING TO SYSTEMS THEORY APPROACH
Abstract
This study aims to improve the effectiveness of professional training management for high school teachers in Nam Dinh ward, Ninh Binh province. Approaching the systems theory, the study analyzed the current status of professional training management based on four factors: training objectives; participants; organization and operation process; and evaluation and improvement after training. The research method combines document analysis, questionnaire survey, in-depth interviews and descriptive statistics using Microsoft Excel software to present the results clearly and visually. The results show that professional training activities at high schools in Nam Dinh ward have not been organized according to a standardized process. Teachers rarely participate in determining training needs and content; the role of professional groups is still formal; the schools lack initiative in proposing training content; the activities of professional groups are not effective. Notably, the improvement work after training lacks systematicity, feedback from teachers has not been effectively exploited, and has not been linked to professional development and evaluation of teachers' competition. From there, the article proposes recommendations to contribute to improving the effectiveness of managing professional training activities at the local level according to the system theory approach.
