Gia công biến dạng dẻo cục bộ tấm kim loại với những ưu điểm nổi trội ngày càng thể hiện được vai trò quan trọng trong lĩnh vực gia công tấm kim loại. Hiệu quả của quá trình tạo hình chịu ảnh hưởng bởi nhiều thông số, trong đó có những thông số rất khó để đo lường, đánh giá trong quá trình gia công. Bên cạnh đó, lý thuyết khái quát về phương pháp này hiện vẫn còn nhiều ý kiến trái chiều. Vì vậy, nghiên cứu này tập trung mô phỏng số quá trình gia công biến dạng dẻo cục bộ tấm kim loại bằng phần mềm Abaqus. Việc mô phỏng chính xác quá trình gia công sẽ giúp quá trình nghiên cứu về phương pháp này được thuận lợi hơn, nhanh chóng hơn, ít tốn kém hơn. Đồng thời, mô phỏng đặc biệt hữu ích trong việc dự đoán các sai hỏng và đề ra phương án tối ưu trước khi sản xuất thực tế, trong thiết kế, thử nghiệm các sản phẩm mới. Trong mô phỏng số quá trình này thì đường cong giới hạn tạo hình đóng vai trò quan trọng và là dữ liệu đầu vào chưa có sẵn cần phải xây dựng. Kết quả nghiên cứu đã xây dựng được đường cong giới hạn tạo hình cho tấm Al1050 và có thể mô phỏng quá trình gia công với sai số từ 1,54% - 4,60% so với thực nghiệm.Lượt tải
