Tóm tắt

Bài báo đề xuất một thiết kế vi động cơ tuyến tính bước kiểu mới sử dụng cơ cấu truyền động tĩnh điện răng lược kết hợp với cánh dẫn đàn hồi, cho phép thanh trượt chuyển động ổn định theo cả hai hướng. Cấu trúc vi động cơ gồm hai cặp vi chấp hành tĩnh điện răng lược bố trí đối xứng để tạo lực đẩy thanh trượt theo hai chiều ngược nhau, cùng một cặp vi chấp hành đặt tại vị trí trung tâm đảm nhiệm chức năng kẹp giữ, nhằm ngăn chặn hiện tượng chuyển động ngược sau mỗi chu kỳ dẫn động. Hệ thống răng cưa tam giác được bố trí trên bề mặt tiếp xúc giữa cánh dẫn và thanh trượt giúp tăng khả năng truyền lực, đồng thời tạo cơ chế khóa hãm hiệu quả trong quá trình làm việc. Trên cơ sở mô hình lực và phân tích chuyển vị, các điện áp dẫn và điện áp kẹp tối thiểu tương ứng với mỗi bước dịch chuyển y* = 6 µm được xác định lần lượt là 49,95 V và 42,23 V. Các mô phỏng kiểm chứng bằng phương pháp phần tử hữu hạn sử dụng ANSYS cho thấy kết quả tính toán phù hợp và các phần tử đàn hồi trong vi động cơ làm việc an toàn, đảm bảo độ bền cơ học của hệ thống.
