The article clarifies the core content of Ho Chi Minh's ideology regarding medical ethics and the significance of applying this ideology to improve the medical ethics of the military medical team today. The research is conducted based on the methodology of Marxism-Leninism and Ho Chi Minh's thought, utilizing social sciences and humanities research methods, with a focus on logical-historical analysis combined with synthesis and document study. The results show that Ho Chi Minh's ideology on medical ethics emphasizes love for patients, the unity of "virtue" and "talent," and highlights the spirit of solidarity and responsibility of doctors - soldiers on the front against diseases. Based on this, the article proposes several solutions to enhance the medical ethics of the military medical team in the new situation. The study affirms that creatively applying Ho Chi Minh's ideology on medical ethics is of great significance in building a "both patriotic and professional" military medical team, contributing to improving the quality of healthcare for soldiers and the people.Downloads
