Bài viết phân tích thực trạng phát triển công nghiệp hỗ trợ tại tỉnh Thái Nguyên giai đoạn 2020–2024 trên cơ sở dữ liệu thứ cấp và phương pháp thống kê mô tả kết hợp so sánh theo thời gian. Kết quả cho thấy công nghiệp chế biến, chế tạo tiếp tục giữ vai trò chủ đạo trong tăng trưởng kinh tế của tỉnh, tạo nền tảng quan trọng cho phát triển công nghiệp hỗ trợ. Số lượng doanh nghiệp trong lĩnh vực này có xu hướng gia tăng, song phần lớn vẫn có quy mô nhỏ, năng lực công nghệ hạn chế và mức độ tham gia vào chuỗi cung ứng còn thấp. Mặc dù dòng vốn đầu tư trực tiếp nước ngoài tập trung mạnh vào lĩnh vực sản xuất công nghiệp, hiệu ứng lan tỏa tới khu vực doanh nghiệp trong nước chưa rõ nét. Bên cạnh đó, cơ cấu ngành công nghiệp hỗ trợ còn mất cân đối, tập trung nhiều vào các ngành giá trị gia tăng thấp. Trên cơ sở đó, bài viết đề xuất một số hàm ý chính sách nhằm nâng cao năng lực doanh nghiệp, thúc đẩy liên kết giữa doanh nghiệp trong nước với khu vực đầu tư trực tiếp nước ngoài và phát triển công nghiệp hỗ trợ theo hướng bền vững.Lượt tải
