RESEARCH AND BUILDING OF FLASH FLOOD ALERT APPLICATIONS ON ANDROID OPERATING SYSTEM

Abstract

At present, natural disasters, flash floods occur in most parts of the world, especially in river basins in the tropics, affected by monsoonal and typhoon climate. In Vietnam, in recent years, sudden and devastating flash floods have occurred frequently in many parts of the country, especially in mountainous areas, causing Severe damage about the facilities and people. Research on building a flash flood alert application on Android platform with the desire to set up a simple flood alert application that effectively protects against flash floods and reduces the damage to people.
