CHARACTERS OF THE CLASSICAL NOM STORY AND THE POPULAR NOM STORY - THE DIFFERENCES

Abstract

The scholarly Nom story is a type of story-rich achievement of medieval Vietnamee literature. So the research works about the type of this story in general so far has pretty much. Each project has its own approach or generalized (about the genre) or specific (about an aspect or a work),… but they all aim to unravel the fruits of the kind of story. In this article, the authors study a specific aspect, that is, characters of the scholarly Nom story in relation to characters of the popular Nom story. Article using the method of analysis and compariative aims to unravel the distinction of the scholarly Nom story characters compared to characters of the popular Nom story. Through the article to add a voice to the affirmation of the attractiveness of this type of story in particular and the achievements of Nom story in general.
