ENTREPRENEURIAL CULTURE OF YOUNG ENTREPRENEURS IN THE CONTEXT OF GLOBAL BUSINESS IN VIETNAM

Abstract

Entrepreneurs are the people who directly contribute to the economic prosperity of the country. They are the soul of business. Entrepreneurial culture will determine the career culture. In the context of global business, Vietnamese entrepreneurs are gradually improving their capabilities and promoting their qualities. In addition, the issue of ethics and social responsibility is an element of the business's survival and development. However, a large part of the business community is still weak in terms of education and foreign languages. The issue of ethical decline in business also occurs as a result of the law is not tight. Using logical methods combined with history, statistics, aggregated comparisons, the author analyzes and proposed solutions to enhance the young entrepreneur culture in Vietnam in the context of global business. The article is not only theoretical meaning but also has great practical implications for improving young entrepreneurial culture in a new context.
