FACTORS AFFECTING THE INTENTION TO USE E-WALLETS BY STUDENTS OF DONG THAP UNIVERSITY
Abstract
The study aims to determine and measure the influence of factors on the intention to use e-wallets of students at Dong Thap University. A group discussion was conducted with 7 students studying at the university. On the basis of the adjusted scale, the author built a questionnaire and conducted a direct survey of 376 students studying at the school. The method of evaluating the linear structural model was based on the partial least squares method with the support of the SmartPLS 3.0 tool to achieve the stated research objectives. Research results have shown that there were 6 factors affecting the intention to use e-wallets of students of Dong Thap University, including social influence, favorable conditions, perception of ease of use, recognition perception of usefulness, perception of prestige and expected effectiveness, in which perception of ease of use had the strongest influence on the intention to use e-wallets of students at Dong Thap University.
