IMPROVING THE EFFICIENCY OF THE MOVEMENT “ALL PEOPLE UNITED TO BUILD CULTURAL LIFE” IN DONG NAI PROVINCE TODAY

Abstract

Implementing the movement "All people unite to build a cultural life" is an important content that has a positive impact on improving material and spiritual life, making cultural values permeate all aspects, creating resistance to harmful products entering people's lives. By historical and logical methods, combined with methods of synthesis, statistics and comparison, this article has systematized the guidelines and measures of the Party committee and government and evaluated the outstanding results of Dong Nai province over the past 22 years. Thereby, the article proposes solutions to improve the effectiveness of the movement of all people to unite to build cultural life in depth. With the participation of both the political system and people of all walks of life, the movement's results have gradually become substantive, the economic life of the people has gradually been stabilized and developed, the poor households have been reduced; hungry households, bamboo and dilapidated cottages have been erased. The cultural and spiritual life is developing healthily; people have a good sense of compliance with the guidelines and policies of the Party and the laws of the State. The research results confirm the correctness, flexibility in leadership, direction and practical effectiveness in local implementation, contributing to building an increasingly civilized and better society.
