QUANG NINH PROVINCIAL PARTY COMMITTEE LEADS ADMINISTRATIVE REFORM LINKED TO BUILDING AND IMPROVING THE INVESTMENT ENVIRONMENT IN THE PERIOD OF 2020 - 2025

Administrative reform, coupled with the development and improvement of the investment environment, is a crucial orientation for enhancing the effectiveness of state management and promoting socio-economic development at the local level. This article studies the process by which the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee led administrative reform linked to the development and improvement of the investment environment during the 2020-2025 period. The research primarily employs historical and logical methods to clarify the Provincial Party Committee's policies and their practical implementation. The results show that administrative reform in Quang Ninh was implemented comprehensively across various aspects, including institutional improvement, simplification of administrative procedures, promotion of digital transformation, and strengthening administrative discipline and order, thereby contributing to the creation of a transparent and favorable investment environment. Based on this practical experience, the article draws some lessons to further improve the effectiveness of administrative reform linked to the development and improvement of the investment environment in the future.Downloads
