Nghiên cứu đã đánh giá khả năng ức chế nấm Rhizoctonia solani, Fusarium oxysporum gây hại trên cây lúa và bào chế chế phẩm vi sinh APF từ các chủng vi khuẩn hữu ích Bacillus subtilis Lhm5V02, Bacillus pumilus Cs2V05, Streptomyces cavorensis Rs3X03, Streptomyces griseorubens Chs2X01 phân lập từ các vùng sinh thái tại tỉnh Luang Prabang và Bolikhamsai, Lào. Hoạt tính kháng nấm được đánh giá bằng phương pháp khuếch tán đĩa thạch. Các điều kiện nhiệt độ, pH, hàm lượng NaCl phù hợp cho quá trình lên men được xác định dựa trên mật độ vi sinh vật. Ảnh hưởng của chế phẩm APF đến cây lúa được đánh giá qua tỷ lệ nảy mầm của hạt thóc, sinh trưởng của mạ và tỷ lệ nhiễm nấm F. Oxysporum. Chế phẩm APF có khả năng kích thích sự nảy mầm, cải thiện sinh trưởng của cây lúa và ức chế nấm bệnh hại F.oxysporum. Cây mạ trồng trên đất giá thể phối trộn APF ở tỷ lệ 5% có sinh trưởng tốt, tỷ lệ nhiễm bệnh giảm 42,61% so với đối chứng. Nghiên cứu đã cho thấy tiềm năng ứng dụng của chế phẩm vi sinh từ các vi sinh vật cộng sinh trong sản xuất bền vững lúa gạo.Lượt tải
