Tóm tắt

Trong bối cảnh chuyển đổi số giáo dục đại học, truyền thông học thuật ngày càng đóng vai trò quan trọng trong việc hỗ trợ hoạt động học tập của sinh viên. Nghiên cứu này nhằm phân tích vai trò của truyền thông học thuật trong việc tăng cường hỗ trợ học tập thông qua khảo sát 1.584 người tham gia, bao gồm 1.353 sinh viên và 231 giảng viên. Dữ liệu được thu thập bằng bảng hỏi Likert 5 mức với 21 biến quan sát và được phân tích bằng các phương pháp thống kê như Cronbach’s Alpha, thống kê mô tả, tương quan và hồi quy. Kết quả cho thấy các thang đo đạt độ tin cậy rất cao (Cronbach’s Alpha > 0,98), giá trị trung bình các biến phản ánh mức đánh giá tích cực của người học. Phân tích tương quan chỉ ra mối quan hệ thuận chiều rất mạnh giữa truyền thông học thuật và hỗ trợ học tập (r = 0,929; p < 0,01). Kết quả hồi quy cho thấy truyền thông học thuật có tác động đáng kể đến hỗ trợ học tập với hệ số xác định R² = 0,863. Nghiên cứu góp phần khẳng định vai trò của truyền thông học thuật và đề xuất các hàm ý nhằm nâng cao hiệu quả hỗ trợ học tập trong bối cảnh chuyển đổi số.
