MÔ TẢ DANH MỤC THUỐC HÓA DƯỢC SỬ DỤNG TẠI BỆNH VIỆN ĐA KHOA NINH THUẬN NĂM 2023

Nghiên cứu này được thực hiện nhằm mô tả cơ cấu về số lượng và giá trị của thuốc đã sử dụng tại Bệnh viện Đa khoa Ninh Thuận năm 2023. Thiết kế nghiên cứu theo phương pháp mô tả cắt ngang dựa trên dữ liệu hồi cứu xuất nhập tồn của thuốc sử dụng trong năm 2023 tại Bệnh viện Đa Khoa Ninh Thuận và phân tích bằng phần mềm Excel 2016. Kết quả cho thấy, danh mục thuốc trong năm 2023 của Bệnh viện Đa khoa Ninh Thuận có 1.741 khoản mục tương ứng với giá trị sử dụng là 347.111.562.144 đồng. Trong đó, thuốc sản xuất trong nước chiếm 70,3% về số khoản mục nhưng chỉ chiếm 57,37% về giá trị sử dụng. Bên cạnh đó, thuốc đơn chất chiếm 84,84% về tỷ lệ và 76,83% về giá trị sử dụng. Trong cơ cấu danh mục thuốc theo nhóm tác dụng dược lý, nhóm thuốc chiếm tỷ lệ cao nhất là nhóm thuốc điều trị ký sinh trùng và chống nhiễm khuẩn với số khoản mục là 19,0% và 25,44% về giá trị sử dụng. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy cơ cấu danh mục thuốc tại Bệnh viện Đa khoa Ninh Thuận năm 2023 cơ bản là hợp lý, góp phần đảm bảo nhu cầu điều trị, đồng thời cung cấp cơ sở dữ liệu cho việc hoạch định, quản lý và tối ưu hóa sử dụng thuốc trong những năm tiếp theo.Lượt tải
