THỰC TRẠNG DINH DƯỠNG CỦA TRẺ EM TRƯỜNG MẦM NON 19-5 THÀNH PHỐ THÁI NGUYÊN, TỈNH THÁI NGUYÊN

Nghiên cứu nhằm mô tả thực trạng dinh dưỡng của 790 trẻ Trường mầm non 19-5thành phố Thái Nguyên, tỉnh Thái Nguyên năm 2025. Nghiên cứu được tiến hành theo phương pháp mô tả cắt ngang trên trẻ mầm non, đánh giá tình trạng dinh dưỡng thông qua các chỉ số nhân trắc nhằm xác định tỷ lệ suy dinh dưỡng và thừa cân, béo phì. Kết quả cho thấy tỷ lệ suy dinh dưỡng chung ở trẻ là 15,1%, trong đó suy dinh dưỡng thể nhẹ cân chiếm 7,9%, suy dinh dưỡng thể thấp còi chiếm 6,7% và suy dinh dưỡng thể gầy còm chiếm 3,5%. Tỷ lệ suy dinh dưỡng ở trẻ nữ cao hơn trẻ nam ở cả ba thể, sự khác biệt có ý nghĩa thống kê (p < 0,05). Tỷ lệ thừa cân, béo phì chung ở trẻ là 9,5%, trong đó thừa cân chiếm 6,6% và béo phì chiếm 2,9%. Tỷ lệ thừa cân, béo phì ở trẻ nam (10,4%) cao hơn so với trẻ nữ (8,5%). Tỷ lệ suy dinh dưỡng và thừa cân-béo phì của trẻ em Trường mầm non 19-5 Thành phố Thái Nguyên cho thấy gánh nặng dinh dưỡng kép, cần có biện pháp can thiệp dinh dưỡng phù hợp.Lượt tải
