Nguồn nhân lực đóng vai trò quan trọng trong phát triển kinh tế - xã hội một cách bền vững. Vườn Quốc gia Ba Bể (tỉnh Thái Nguyên) là Vườn di sản ASEAN có tiềm năng lớn về tài nguyên đa dạng sinh học. Xã Ba Bể là vùng đệm của vườn có dân số đông, sinh kế gắn với tài nguyên và chịu tác động từ bảo tồn. Nghiên cứu nhằm đánh giá nguồn lao động và đề xuất giải pháp khai thác bền vững, vừa cải thiện sinh kế vừa hỗ trợ bảo tồn. Nghiên cứu này sử dụng phương pháp thu thập số liệu, tài liệu và khảo sát thực tế. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy: Lực lượng lao động của xã dồi dào, với 76,89% dân số trong độ tuổi lao động, không có sự chênh lệch lớn giữa tỷ lệ lao động nam và lao động nữ. Cơ cấu lao động nông – lâm nghiệp chiếm chủ đạo (trên 75% tổng lao động), chất lượng lao động chưa đồng đều, tỷ lệ lao động đã qua đào tạo thấp (17,26%). Để khai thác bền vững nguồn tài nguyên này, cần tập trung vào các định hướng: đào tạo kỹ năng, chuyển dịch cơ cấu lao động sang dịch vụ (đặc biệt là du lịch sinh thái – cộng đồng), phát huy giá trị văn hóa truyền thống và tăng cường liên kết vùng nhằm tạo việc làm bền vững và nâng cao thu nhập cho người dân.Lượt tải
