Nghiên cứu này tập trung phân tích các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến quá trình chuyển đổi ESG (Môi trường – Xã hội – Quản trị) của doanh nghiệp Việt Nam theo hướng tiếp cận CSRD (Chỉ thị Báo cáo Phát triển bền vững) của Liên minh châu Âu thông qua việc áp dụng Thuyết thực hành xã hội. Nghiên cứu tiến hành định hình lại khung lý thuyết trên theo bối cảnh chuyển đổi trong đề tài, gồm ba nhóm yếu tố: ý nghĩa – vật chất – năng lực. Từ đó, nghiên cứu bắt đầu xây dựng câu hỏi và thu thập dữ liệu dựa trên phương pháp phỏng vấn sâu bán cấu trúc. Thông qua trường hợp nghiên cứu điển hình tại Biti’s, kết quả chỉ ra rằng: “ý nghĩa” là nhóm yếu tố đóng vai trò then chốt và tác động mạnh mẽ nhất đến quá trình chuyển đổi ESG theo CSRD của doanh nghiệp Việt Nam thể hiện qua tính biểu tượng, giá trị và niềm tin, góp phần định hình tư duy và ý thức của doanh nghiệp trong quá trình chuyển đổi. Trong khi đó, “vật chất” và “năng lực” đang là những rào cản cho doanh nghiệp khi tiếp cận CSRD, từ việc cung cấp các nguồn lực thiết yếu cho đến các thách thức về chuyên môn. Bên cạnh đó, nghiên cứu còn nhấn mạnh và thảo luận về tầm quan trọng cũng như các cơ hội mà CSRD mang lại.Lượt tải
