Lên nắm quyền vào tháng 5 năm 2022, Tổng thống Hàn Quốc Yoon Suk-yeol đặc biệt chú trọng củng cố liên minh với Mỹ, coi đây là trụ cột trong chiến lược ứng phó với các thách thức an ninh từ Cộng hòa Dân chủ Nhân dân Triều Tiên. Bài viết tập trung phân tích chiến lược tăng cường liên minh Hàn - Mỹ giai đoạn 2022 - 2025, đồng thời làm rõ phản ứng của Triều Tiên trước những thay đổi trong cấu trúc liên minh và môi trường an ninh khu vực. Để làm rõ vấn đề nghiên cứu, bài viết sử dụng các phương pháp nghiên cứu chủ yếu như phương pháp lịch sử, logic, phân tích tài liệu, tổng hợp và phân tích dữ liệu thứ cấp từ các báo cáo chính thức và công trình nghiên cứu liên quan. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy, việc tăng cường hợp tác quân sự giữa Hàn Quốc và Mỹ đã góp phần củng cố năng lực răn đe mở rộng của liên minh và tái định hình cấu trúc an ninh khu vực. Tuy nhiên, quá trình này cũng kéo theo phản ứng cứng rắn từ Triều Tiên, thể hiện qua việc đẩy mạnh phát triển chương trình hạt nhân, tên lửa và gia tăng các hoạt động quân sự, qua đó làm gia tăng căng thẳng trên bán đảo Triều Tiên, khiến quan hệ liên Triều tiếp tục xấu đi.Lượt tải
