Giáo dục quốc phòng và an ninh ở cấp tiểu học đang đứng trước yêu cầu đổi mới theo Thông tư 08/2024/TT-BGDĐT, chuyển từ tiếp cận nội dung sang định hướng phát triển phẩm chất và năng lực người học. Bài viết này tập trung phân tích cơ sở lý luận, đánh giá thực trạng và đề xuất biện pháp lồng ghép giáo dục quốc phòng và an ninh tại các trường tiểu học trên địa bàn Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh. Nghiên cứu sử dụng phương pháp điều tra khảo sát trên 150 cán bộ quản lý và giáo viên, kết hợp xử lý dữ liệu bằng phần mềm Jamovi. Kết quả phân tích thống kê mô tả và kiểm định T-test cho thấy: Mặc dù nhận thức của giáo viên về mục tiêu giáo dục đạt mức cao, nhưng kỹ năng thiết kế và tổ chức các hoạt động trải nghiệm lồng ghép nội dung về quốc phòng, an ninh còn hạn chế và có sự khác biệt có ý nghĩa thống kê giữa các nhóm giáo viên. Trên cơ sở đó, nghiên cứu đề xuất 03 biện pháp: (1) Xây dựng ma trận địa chỉ tích hợp trong các môn học; (2) Quy trình tổ chức hoạt động trải nghiệm; (3) Ứng dụng học liệu số và công nghệ mô phỏng. Các biện pháp này nhằm hiện thực hóa mục tiêu hình thành phẩm chất yêu nước và ý thức kỷ luật cho học sinh tiểu học một cách tự nhiên, hiệu quả.Lượt tải
