Contemporary renovation of developmental thinking in Vietnam

Abstract

Contemporary renovation of developmental thinking in Vietnam today is the process of finding the ideal balance in terms of time and speed of development, specifically at what speed should economic development be developed to ensure “fastness”, avoid falling behind and maintain this economic growth rate for how long to ensure “sustainability” as well as ensure a harmonious balance between economic development with cultural, social, human development and environmental resource protection. This idea has been consistent throughout the Congresses during the renovation period, especially the 12th and 13th Congresses
