Developing the contingent of Vietnamese entrepreneurs in the spirit of Resolution No. 41-NQ/TW of the XIII Politburo

Abstract

On October 10, 2023, the 13th Politburo issued Resolution No. 41-NQ/TW on building and promoting the role of Vietnamese entrepreneurs in the new era. The Resolution affirmed great achievements but at the same time pointed out the limitations that still exist in the process of building, developing and promoting the role of Vietnamese entrepreneurs today. On that basis, Resolution 41 proposed solutions to continue to strongly develop the entrepreneurial team in terms of quantity and quality and to better promote the role of this team to meet new requirements. The article focuses on analyzing and clarifying the issue of developing the Vietnamese entrepreneurial team in the spirit of Resolution No. 41 of the 13th Politburo.
