Creatively applying and developing Ho Chi Minh's thoughts on the conditions and subjects to build socialist democracy in Vietnam in the reform period

Abstract

In his ideological system, Ho Chi Minh left many valuable instructions on democracy and building socialist democracy, in which he paid special attention to the subjects and conditions for practicing democracy widely, ensuring that power truly belongs to the people. During the renovation period, our Party has studied, applied and creatively developed his ideology, in which, it continued to clarify the conditions and subjects to expand democracy and build Vietnamese socialist democracy to meet the requirements of the new context.
