Abstract

The Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics is a national center for training and fostering leaders, mid- and high-level key managers, and scientific and theoretical cadres of the Party, the State and socio-political organizations. Over 75 years of establishment and development, the Academy has made important contributions to the training, fostering and coaching of cadres for the Party and the State, contributing to the victory of the revolutionary cause, to build socialism.
