Research, transfer, and application of scientific, technological advances and innovations to serve the rapid and sustainable economic development in Vietnam today

Abstract

Promoting research, transfer, application of scientific and technological advances (S&T) and innovation (I&I) to serve rapid and sustainable economic development (ESD) in Vietnam today is an important and urgent task, which receives special attention from our Party and State. This article summarizes the achievements; clarifies the limitations, causes of achievements, limitations and issues arising in the process of promoting research, transfer, application of S&T advances and I&I to serve E&I in Vietnam today
