Applying the views of President Ho Chi Minh to preventing and combating waste

Abstract

President Ho Chi Minh raised his views on waste, on the manifestations of waste, on the origin and harm of waste, on the role and methods of preventing and combating waste. Those views remain relevant both in theory and practice. Based on Ho Chi Minh's views on waste and waste prevention, this article points out the advantages and limitations of the current fight against waste in Vietnam, thereby proposing some solutions to apply President Ho Chi Minh's views to improve the effectiveness of current waste prevention and combat work.
